From the USHL to NCAA Division I hockey at Minnesota State Mankato, Charlie Gerard built his career competing at some of the highest levels of the game. His path through elite junior and college hockey helped develop a strong understanding of the details, habits, and hockey IQ required to compete at the next level.

After college, Charlie went on to play professionally in the ECHL with the Utah Grizzlies and Reading Royals, the AHL with the Colorado Eagles and Lehigh Valley Phantoms, and finished his professional career overseas in Germany’s DEL with the Nürnberg Ice Tigers.

Throughout his career, video analysis and film breakdowns played a critical role in preparation, development, and understanding the finer details that separate good players from great players. Gerard Hockey IQ was built to bring that same professional-level insight and feedback to developing players looking to better understand the game and continue improving their performance on the ice.
